Some questions that you should consider when writing
1) What subjects have I done well this term?
2) What have I done in order to achieve this good result?
3) What subjects have I not done well this term?
4) Why did I not perform well?
5) What can I do to achieve better result for my weaker subject(s)?
6) How is my CCA performance?
7) Have I been regular in my CCA and actively participate in the activities?
